We take the Pan-American Highway towards the city of Alajuela and the Agriculture Monument, the Monument to Juan Santamaria and the famous Mango Park. During the ascent to the volcano we stop for a brief explanation on our golden bean, coffee, and continue the journey through cultures of ferns, flowers and strawberries.

At the Volcano we will have time to observe the impressive main crater with its sulfur fumaroles. Then we will walk along the trail to the beautiful Botos Lagoon that will allow us to learn about the different ecosystems of the park. When descending the volcano we will have time for lunch at a restaurant ICPI of the area. Then visit Grecia, a beautiful town considered one of the cleanest in Latin America, where is located the only Metal Church in Central America, a national monument to the pride of its people plus a visit to Central Market exemplary life of Costa Ricans. Later in Sarchí, known as the Cradle of Costa Rican Artisans by the abundance of craftsmen in fine wood working, there will be time for the artistic work of artisans in the manufacture of the famous typical oxcart and you can choose the "souvenir" to take home.
